| Audit Committee | Audit all books and accounts of Treasurer and Secretary Report results of Audit to Lodge Complete and sign copy of Form 71 and deliver to Grand Secretary by Sept 15 |

| Vanguard Committee | Work with WM to set strategy for Vanguard activities Track and Report progress periodically through year to Lodge Produce final award application prior to deadline |

| By-Laws Committee | Review and Propose, if needed, any needed changes to the By-Laws |

| Community Service Award Committees | External exposure for the Lodge Community Builder Award & Lamar Award |

| Blood Drive Committee | Coordination with Carter Blood Care to host blood drives |

| Fantastic Teeth & Take Time to Read Committees | Coordinate with area schools for Fantastic Teeth & Take Time to Read programs |

| Charitable Contributions Committee | Focus on Scholarships and Masonic Contributions |
|
| Member Services Committee | Service Awards, Lodge Communications, Past Master Night, Festive Boards, Past dues notices, Washington’s Birthday |
|
| L.I.F.E. Counselor | Qualified counselor to administer L.I.F.E. Program to all Lodge members who desire to complete the program |

| Lodge Education and History Committee | Provide continuing education for the Lodge, Coordinate Degree Activities |
|
| Golden Trowel Award Committee | Review and recommend, if appropriate, a member for the Golden Trowel Award |
|
| Keep Allen Beautiful Committee | Coordinate Keep Allen Beautiful activities |
|
| Celebrate Allen Committee | Coordinate Celebrate Allen activities |

| Bowling Committee | Coordinate annual bowling outing |

| Concessions Committee | Coordinate Concession activities |

| Technology Committee | Coordinate Website and Social Media activities |

| Building Committee | Coordinate upkeep, maintenance, and building improvement projects at the Lodge |

| Investment Committee | Manages and reports on investment accounts |

| Call Committee | Calls the roster monthly to touch base with brothers, check for sickness and distress, and inform on upcoming meetings and events |
